Returns are accepted within 20 days after delivery. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:
1. The customer must first send a request for acceptance of the return.
2. The request is then confirmed by our customer services by e-mail who also issue a returns code.
3. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code.
4. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.
5. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.
6. Purchase is refunded.
We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled before the item has been shipped. You should submit a help ticket through our Contact Us page once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after shipment must wait until package is received to then submit a return request. Order cancellations are invalid after shipment.
